Josie is an improvised comedian, singer (soprano), director and actor with nearly a decade of experience performing short form and long form improv, and improvised musicals. She directed The Oxford Imps from September 2021 - December 2022, including the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe run.
Josie joined the Oxford Imps in 2015, since performing in hundreds of shows in and around Oxford, as well as at the Edinburgh Fringe. The Imps are a semi-professional and training company performing weekly throughout the Oxford term time and are regularly hired for events.
Since 2018, Josie has performed with Jericho Comedy; in Harry Potter parody The Show That Must Not Be Named, in churches and even cathedrals in An Improvised Funeral and with the comedy-murder-mystery-aboard-a-moving-bus 'Murder on the National Express'.
Josie has had the delight to guest spot in Criminal, The Bean Spillers, Club Soda, appear on podcast The Dinner Party, and Verity Babbs' Art Laughs - both online and at the Edinburgh Fringe.
